For customer refunds on Product Return:
1) Once product has been returned and confirmed accepted, we will request for a refund with the payment processing partner
2) The refund will be made to your bank and depending on the bank's processing time, this could take 5-10 business days to show up in your account
3) The refund amount will be less charges from the payment processing partner and the shipping cost (if it is arranged at our end)
4) The refund may appear on your statement as a "reversal" item
