Most of our products are from brands popular in Korea and Europe. Many of these products are made in Korea and Europe under the highest manufacturing quality standards.

Are the products shipped from Korea and Europe?
Our products are stocked locally for your shopping convenience.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?
It will take about 3 business days once an order is successful.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a parcel tracking number in your email once the product is despatched.
What is the shipping fee?
There will be a flat rate of S$4.50 for standard local delivery.
You can enjoy free shipping with minimum spend depending on the prevailing promotion.
Do you deliver to all locations in Singapore?
We deliver to standard accessible locations served by J&T Express and Ninja Van.
Do you accept returns?
Experience peace of mind for your purchases. We offer a 14-day return policy and should you receive a wrong / defective product, we will gladly exchange it.
